Perpetual Motion: One of the obvious strengths
of the junior camp was the hands-on one-on-one instruction of experienced,
competition-tested coaches, including 2000 Olympian Jayme Dickman

A Question of Balance: Every morning, shooters
went through a series of exercises. This included a daily routine
for working on physical balance designed to build a solid shooting
stance
