Coach Dick Stempeck promised his Pennsylvania Junior Highpower Rifle Team that, if they won the Minuteman Trophy as the high junior team in the National Trophy Team Match, he would let them shave his head in front of the Camp Perry auditorium immediately after the CMP National Trophy Award Ceremony. In the awards presentation picture below, Coach Stempeck is the man on the far left--the one with the full head of hair.
